Tips for growing your plant successfully:
Light:
Bright indirect light is best. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Watering:
Allow the top 1 cm of the potting soil to start drying out between waterings.
Prolonged dryness will be detrimental to the overall health of the plant.
However, avoid keeping the soil water logged.
Humidity:
Enjoys a warm and humid environment. Dry air will cause the leaf edges to brown.
Potting soil:
Ensure a good quality free draining potting soil. The addition of perlite or coarse bark for increased drainage is recommended.
Fertiliser:
Apply a dilute solution of a water-soluble, balanced fertiliser every two weeks from spring to autumn.
